Quan Phan

Mr. Quan Phan is the Managing Partner at Ardens, where he leads the firm’s corporate and M&A practice. With over 15 years of legal experience in Vietnam, Mr. Quan has built a reputation for advising international and private equity investors on complex private and public M&A transactions across diverse sectors, including education, technology, real estate, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Ardens in 2025, he served as Director and Head of Legal M&A at Ernst & Young Law Vietnam (2019–2024), and as Senior Associate at Russin & Vecchi Vietnam (2011–2019). His practice spans corporate law, real estate, banking & finance, and inbound foreign investment, with a strong focus on strategic deal structuring and regulatory compliance.
